Jean-Pierre Trevisan

Jean-Pierre Trevisan is an independent luxury hospitality, travel and F&B consultant, with over 35 years of experience within some of the most prestigious names in the international hotel landscape.
Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles in iconic properties such as The Ritz Paris, Four Seasons Hotel George V and Hôtel de Crillon – Rosewood. Leading multicultural teams, he has delivered large-scale projects combining operational excellence, service innovation and guest experience optimisation in complex, highly competitive environments.

His strategic vision, exacting standards and deep understanding of both local and international clientele have enabled him to successfully lead major transformations, while preserving and enhancing each property’s DNA, history and identity.
More recently, Jean-Pierre spent four years as Managing Director of Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris (formerly The Set Collection), the Left Bank’s iconic palace, where he led key initiatives to strengthen the hotel’s attractiveness and sustainably reinforce its ultra-premium positioning.
