“For the past forty years, I have lived and breathed hospitality. I started at the source in the world of hotel food & beverage, developing a passion for the art of service very early on.
Over the years, I have built my career in exceptional properties: the Four Seasons George V, the iconic Ritz Paris — where I worked for fourteen years, notably overseeing its renovation and reopening — before managing the operations at the Hôtel de Crillon, Rosewood, and then taking over as General Manager of the emblematic Lutetia Paris.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside exceptional professionals who have passed on their knowledge, rigour and constant pursuit of excellence to me. In turn, I have always been committed to developing my teams and sharing this passion for a profession that is as demanding as it is human.
At the end of 2025, I decided to turn an important project I had cared deeply about for several years into reality: the creation of my own consulting firm.
